1. Create a sequence on the timeline. Select Window > Lumetri Color.
2. Select a clip in the Timeline panel.
3. In the Lumetri Color panel, open the Creative tab.
4. In the Creative tab, select the Look dropdown menu. You can add existing LUTs from Premiere.
5. To add a new LUT, select Browse to choose a .cube LUT saved on your system.
6. Adjust the intensity to your liking using the Intensity slider.

Note: Do not add the LUT in the Basic Corrections tab. This is where you select an Input LUT. An Input LUT interprets footage. It is applied on flat log footage to enhance and color-correct footage.
